One sunny afternoon baby & I decided to make some good old fashioned messy play. We had a large flat cardboard box from some flatpack furniture which we opened out on the lawn.
Using an old baking tray we put squeezy paint out and just went crazy. Baby loved walking through, putting hands in and even sitting in the paint tray!
Be sure to have your camera on standby and some good detergent in store ready for cleaning off the clothes (it was a bit cold for just nappy that day).
We finished off with a large washing up bowl to clean up, which of course baby decided she was climbing into, nappy & all!
